On August 26, 2024, Yunus Center AIT (YCA) warmly welcomed a delegation of students from Beijing Normal University for an engaging visit.

The YCA team organized an informative session that highlighted the center’s current projects and ongoing initiatives. The students showed keen interest during a detailed presentation on the Genki Campus Initiative, leading to a productive Q&A session. A key highlight was a focused discussion on Empowerment, emphasizing YCA’s 3E framework—Educate, Engage, and Empower.

 

Additionally, Mr. REN Chao, an esteemed alumnus of the Asian Institute of Technology, shared his insights on rural development, underscoring its significance for sustainability.

He praised AIT for its unique diversity and commitment to maintaining a green campus in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The visit concluded with a gesture of appreciation, as small tokens were given to the guests, followed by a group photo with all participants.
