Fostering Global Partnerships for a Sustainable Future: Ambassadorial Visit to Yunus Center AIT
On November 2, 2024, the Yunus Center at the Asian Institute of Technology (YCA) had the honor of hosting H.E. Mr. Faiyaz Murshid Kazi, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Thailand, along with distinguished representatives from the Embassy of Bangladesh, Mr. Nirjhar Adhikary (Counsellor, Political and Deputy Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to UNESCAP) and Mr. Md. Fahad Pervez Bosunia (Counsellor, Labour Welfare). This visit marked a significant occasion to foster dialogue on shared strategic priorities and advance collaborative efforts toward sustainable development.
The event commenced with Opening Remarks by Prof. Faiz Shah and Special Remarks by H.E. Mr. Faiyaz Murshid Kazi, emphasizing youth engagement, SDG goals, and the role of social business in empowering future leaders. The YCA team presented key initiatives that promote social and economic progress across South and Southeast Asia.
